What Is an AI Rap Video Generator?
An AI rap video generator puts you inside a rap video. Instead of writing lyrics and waiting for a model to sing them, you give it photos of the people who should be on screen, choose a rap scene, and the AI replaces the performers in that scene with your faces — keeping the head moving, the mouth synced to the vocal, and the lighting matched to the original footage.
That last part is what separates a convincing result from a sticker of your face on a video. The model tracks where each performer's head, jaw and shoulders are in every frame, then re-renders your face along that motion path. Done well, the result reads as "that is you rapping"; done badly, it reads as a filter.
AI Rap Reel is built for the two-photo case specifically. Most of the rap videos people actually want to make are duo videos — you and a friend, you and your partner, you and the person you are roasting — so the flow starts with two photos rather than one, and pairs each face to the right character automatically.
Three steps
How to Make an AI Rap Video with Your Face
1. Upload two clear photos
Use a straight-on shot with even light, no sunglasses, no heavy filters, and the whole head in frame. Both people should be facing the camera. A phone selfie in daylight beats a professional studio shot where the head is turned — the model needs to see the face front-on to track it.
2. Pick a rap scene
Each scene is a real rap performance: a duo trading bars, a solo artist on a lit stage, a two-person battle, a late-night cypher. Pick the one whose energy matches the output you want, and check the preview to see where each face will land.
3. Generate and export
The AI maps both faces onto the performers, syncs the mouth movement to the vocal, and renders the clip. Export follows the scene — vertical or landscape — when the job finishes.
Make a Rap Duo Video with a Friend
The duo is the format that travels. Two people trading verses gives a video a reason to be watched twice — viewers come back to see how the second person's face landed — and it is the one thing a single-person avatar tool cannot do well, because the two faces have to stay consistent with each other across cuts.
Upload one photo of each person, choose a duo scene, and the AI assigns each face to the matching performer. Get both to send a photo with the same light and framing and the result is noticeably tighter; mismatched lighting is the most common reason a swap looks off.
Rap Scenes and Templates You Can Use
Each scene has its own page or preset with the original clip, the recommended photo setup and sample outputs, so you can see the result before you upload anything.
Rap duo
Two performers trading bars, both faces replaced.
Solo verse
One performer on stage, one face.
Rap battle
Two people facing off, alternating close-ups.
Cypher
A group scene where you fill the front two positions.
Night stage
Coloured lights, heavy contrast, best for drill and trap.
Music video
Cinematic framing, slower cuts, better for a full song.
What Makes a Good Face Swap
Four things decide whether the output looks real, and all four are in your control:
- 1Photo quality. Front-facing, evenly lit, at least 800px on the short side. A 4K photo turned 30 degrees away loses to an ordinary selfie looking straight at the lens.
- 2Head coverage. Hairline to chin, nothing cropped. The model needs the whole face to track the jaw.
- 3Expression. A neutral or lightly smiling photo maps onto a rapping performance far better than a wide grin — a strong expression has to be flattened for every frame.
- 4Matching pair. For duo scenes, two photos taken in similar light. One person in daylight and one in a dark room produces a visible seam.
If a result comes out soft, re-upload with a better photo before regenerating. Photo quality fixes more bad swaps than any setting does.
What You Get
- Two faces, one scene — both performers replaced, both kept consistent across cuts.
- Lip sync to the actual vocal, not a generic mouth flap.
- Any rap style — trap, drill, boom bap, old school, phonk, melodic.
- Export framing follows the scene (vertical or landscape) at up to 1080p.
- No watermark on exports.
- Commercial licence on paid credit generations, subject to consent rules.
- Photo guidance in the uploader so you know before generating whether a photo will work.
An Example, Start to Finish
Scene: Rap duo, night stage, short clip.
Photos: two phone selfies, both front-facing, both daylight, both showing hairline to chin.
Output: two performers on a lit stage trading bars, both faces replaced, mouths synced, the first performer's face held across the cut to the second.
Where it usually goes wrong: one photo taken indoors on a phone at night. The face is underexposed, the model lifts the exposure to match the stage, and the result looks pasted on. Re-shooting that one photo in daylight fixes it.

Faces, Consent and Fair Use
Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to appear. We do not accept uploads of public figures or anyone who has not consented. When you post, label the video as AI-generated — TikTok, YouTube and Instagram all require it, and audiences respond better to a video that says so.
For the commercial terms on paid credit plans, see the Terms of Service.
FAQ
How do I make an AI rap video with my face?
Upload a front-facing photo, choose a rap scene, and generate. The AI replaces the performer in that scene with your face and syncs the lips to the vocal.
Can I put two people in the same rap video?
Yes — that is the default flow. Upload one photo per person and the AI assigns each face to the matching performer in a duo scene.
How can I include my face in a music video?
Pick a music video scene instead of a stage scene, upload your photo, and generate. Music video scenes use slower cuts, which suits longer clips.
What kind of photo works best?
Front-facing, evenly lit, hairline to chin in frame, no sunglasses. A daylight phone selfie works better than a studio photo where the head is turned.
Do I need to be able to rap or sing?
No. The vocal is already in the scene; your face is what gets replaced.
Can I use my own video as the scene?
Yes. The preset scene is loaded by default, but you can remove it and upload your own reference clip. The generator uses that clip's duration and framing.
Can I use the result commercially?
Paid credit generations include a commercial licence for social platforms and paid ads, subject to the consent rules on this page. Public figures may not be used without rights.
Is this a deepfake?
It is a face swap. Creating or sharing this kind of video of someone without their consent is prohibited. When you post, label the video as AI-generated where the platform asks.
How long does it take?
You get the clip when the job finishes. Time depends on scene length, resolution, and queue — you can leave the page and check status later.
Are the videos watermarked?
No. Exports do not carry a watermark. Generation uses credits; pricing is on the pricing page.
